Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist who can take full ownership of our digital growth. The ideal candidate will manage our online presence, automate key workflows, and run digital campaigns that build strong brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Meta).
• Automate workflows for lead management, email campaigns, and CRM follow-ups using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, or similar.
• Create and schedule engaging content using Canva, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Monitor analytics and performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Collaborate with management to plan digital strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and performance tracking.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and report ROI for campaigns.
• Suggest and implement process automations to improve marketing efficiency.

 Key Skills Required

  Proficiency in social media marketing and paid ad management.

 Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, or similar).

 Knowledge of analytics, SEO, and content planning.

 Strong copywriting and creative presentation skills.

 Self-driven, innovative, and goal-oriented mindset.

Tools Advantage (Preferred Knowledge)

 Canva / Figma

 ChatGPT / AI-based content tools

 Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager

 Notion / Trello / Monday for campaign tracking

 Email automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue)
